About
How we build
An engineering team in New Delhi, working on advertising infrastructure.
A product of Blowtrumpet Technologies.
Vedoki is the AI-powered intelligence platform built and operated by Blowtrumpet Technologies, a deep-tech company headquartered in South Delhi, New Delhi. It is the engine that Blowtrumpet’s advertising platforms run on.
Vedoki is one of Blowtrumpet’s systems, not a separate company. It is a product name of Blowtrumpet Technologies. Blowtrumpet™, Ravaki™, Tejaki™ and State of Ads™ are trade marks of Blowtrumpet Technologies, and registration has been applied for.
What Vedoki is
Blowtrumpet operates as principal on both sides of its business: it buys advertising inventory from creators and publishers on its own book, and separately sells finished media to advertisers on its own book. Doing that well, at scale, and correctly under Indian tax and financial regulation, requires a system underneath that is considerably more serious than a campaign dashboard.
Vedoki is that system. It handles decisioning at scale, workflow orchestration, verification of what was actually delivered, performance routing and adaptive automation across the platforms. It is where experimentation, optimisation and execution converge, and it is the reason Ravaki and Tejaki can operate as deeply integrated surfaces while remaining modular underneath.
Why it is internal
Vedoki is internal by design, and that is a deliberate architectural decision rather than a stage we have not reached yet.
Blowtrumpet’s two sides are insulated from each other. No advertiser record is connected to any creator payment record for the same delivery — there is no financial trace between the demand side and the supply side, only an execution trace covering impression requirements, creative and measurement. Vedoki holds that execution trace, which makes it the one place in the company where the two sides meet, and therefore the place with the tightest authorisation boundary anywhere in the system.
A platform in that position does not get a public API, a self-service tier or an integration surface. It exposes nothing outward. That restraint is what makes the insulation real rather than stated.
So: Vedoki has no customer-facing product, is not sold or licensed, and is not on a roadmap to become either.
What this site is for
A gateway. Authorised Blowtrumpet people sign in here.
A learning resource. The engineering problems we work on, explained openly — for people applying to join us, and for the small number of users and counterparties whose work touches these systems.
A limited point of contact for the few things that genuinely need one.
That is the whole purpose of the property. There is nothing to buy here.
Built on
AI-native architecture from the foundation, not retrofitted. Transparent abstraction — complexity managed intelligently while the underlying system stays observable and controllable to the people accountable for it. Verification before value moves in either direction. Full tenant siloing, with no client’s data, raw or derived, reaching any other client.

How we work
What we hold to
Each one says what it means in practice. A value with no consequence is decoration.
Constraints before cleverness
Most of our interesting decisions are consequences of constraints we chose deliberately. The constraint comes first and the design follows.
Explainable or not shipped
If a system cannot account for a decision after the fact, it does not go out. This rules out a number of otherwise attractive approaches.
Write it down
Decisions live in records, not in someone's memory. A choice nobody can reconstruct will be re-litigated every six months.
Boring where it counts
Novelty in the payments path is a liability. We spend our risk budget where it buys something.
