Privacy Policy

Rev. 1

Vedoki is an internal system of Blowtrumpet Technologies, which is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

Our position, stated precisely

Blowtrumpet processes no viewer personal data. Advertiser creative is composited locally before broadcast, so there is no ad call — no tag, pixel, SDK, cookie, device identifier or viewer-side request of any kind. Targeting is contextual by counterparty: whose audience, never which individuals. A viewer is never a data subject of Blowtrumpet.

We are a Data Fiduciary for the people we do business with and employ, and this policy covers the limited personal data this property handles.

1. What this site collects

From visitors to the learning resource — technical and usage data only: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL and timestamps, used to keep the site working and to understand which material is useful.

From account holders using the gateway — identity and authentication data, session records and action logs, held for security, compliance and operational purposes.

From anyone who writes to us — the contents of the message and the contact details in it.

This site has no sign-up, no newsletter, no marketing forms and no third-party advertising or tracking technology.

2. How we use it

To operate and secure the site and the gateway; to detect and investigate unauthorised access; to meet legal and audit obligations; to improve the learning material; and to answer your message if you send one.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with service providers acting under written contract and under our instruction, and with legal or regulatory authorities where the law requires.

4. Retention and security

Access and action logs are retained for the period required for security and audit purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access on a need-to-know basis.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct or erase your data, ask for a summary of our processing, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Employees and contractors should also refer to the internal privacy notice that applies to them.

Write to privacy@blowtrumpet.com.

6. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies only: session and security. No analytics or marketing cookies are set without consent, and none are set for advertising purposes.
